Had an appointment with the nurse practitioner today to see how we were doing and go over our labs. Everything looks great! I say we because my husband and I had surgery on the same day a few hours apart. We go back in 6 months to see her. I am down many, many inches and 26 pounds since my last appointment in January. Had a great day. DH sent flowers to my office for our anniversary today. We had celebrated earlier so this was a big surprise since he is out of town working.

Accountability: doing really well. Haven't had any temptations since I m by myself this week. Easy to fix for one. I have been pretty thirsty lately so fluid is good. Eating a little too fast but am working on slowing down.

I must admit I am a people pleaser and have often been confused if others didn't like me. I didn't really fit in and worried about how to be more likeable. I still care what others think of me. Trying to remind myself I'm fine just as I am. Thank you for the QOD

B. Homemade protein waffle sf syrup. 3 pear slices

S. Premier protein vanilla

L. 2 cups of pasta e fagiole soup at Olive Garden. I took a long time to eat because O fished all the pasta pieces out of the soup and left them on the plate

D. 1/2 of lunch serving of chicken picata and zucchini squash and 3 slices of nectarine

S. Peanut butter with apple slices

Doing great keeping up with chewable vitamins. I just saw my cholesterol pill sitting on the counter! Must take that before I forget.
