Hi y'all! Love being a protein power pal. I'm eating protein pretzel sticks as a snack.

Today is flying by. I taught Monday do no short week for me.

Quotes are great idea. I hear loads of excuses daily. I need to remember to not use them myself.

On track with chewable vitamins daily.

Working hard to remember to keep hydrated. Trying Bai drink. Slight fruit taste. No carbonation.

B- SW Egg beaters with cheese and avocado

L-tuna pack with ranch flavor ( 2oz pack)

S-protein pretzel stick (half bag)

D: 2 oz pork loin with cilantro avocado dressing, green beans and nectarine slices(2)

S- premier protein shake

Lots of hot tea because it got freezing cold and wet again

Hello everyone,

I am sooo with you on taking Tylenol Daisy! It sucks and does absolutely nothing for me. I miss Advil so much! I hope your back feels better soon! I threw my back out a few days ago. Lot of the heating pad and about a gallon of Biofreeze used so far. LOL!

Accountability: On point.
