So sorry to hear about Gemma. It took us almost 4 years to get over consecutive losses of our yorkies (Molly and Willy). DH still gets misty when we look through family pics with them.

Glad to hear you are staying on plan.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. My little Yorkie was with me everywhere I went, all the time too. I looked for her to be underfoot after she was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had to be put to sleep. Everything seems so empty after our fur babies leave us. My heart goes out to you, i really know what you are going through.

Great quote and so true when I think about past dieting. I may go to the shelter late this morning and walk dogs for a bit and check on my favorites. BIL is coming tonight and we have a busy few days coming up.

Good morning menu friends! Love the quote Daisy, and its so very true. Excuses are so much easier but don't get you the results you want..As a veteran of RA for 30 plus years, I agree on the tylenol and its suckiness. I use lots of Biofreeze when I have joints aching and tramadol if its really bad. Today I have a knee that's painful and its had biofreeze applied already. Lily and I will head out for our 4 miles in a second and I'll do another mile after supper cleanup. Accountability was good for food but >I ran out of time for my second walk. Post op 5 years 5.75 months and weight at 119.4. Heres today's food for maintenance B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L4 oz deli turkey and cheese 3 baby carrots D 31/2oz ground beef with salsa and cheese 1/2 c green beans S 2 oz roasted chickpeas and edamame. Have a great day full of smart and conscious choices everyone! Off to walk--even though I'd rather not!

I remember you mentioning Biofreeze before...that you used it after knee surgery?... so I got some for my knees..and found out it really helped... so thank you! Tylenol falls in the 'why bother' category for me.
