Hi All! Another quick post. Hoping that later this morning that the process we are on the midst of at this office are done and then my mind can rest.
Accountability: I had some trail mix and added Mr Cheese O's at the hotel.
QOTD: I enjoy finding fun things to do with John and Em.
Menu as I know right now: B: SF latte and Egg white bites from Starbucks L: prob tuna packet and carrots with the yummy dip I bought (Feta/roasted red pepper) S: Latte with almond milk, yogurt and either Mr Cheese O's or carrots and dip if I have any left. D: TBD but protein forward
E: Run and elliptical done this morning

Hello everyone!
It's great to be back! It was a very long week last week with my best friend's wake and funeral. It was the sadest I've ever been to but it's time to move on.
Accountability: I'm 100% on point.
QOTD: I have very little down time from work since I'm on call 24/7 however I always try to get some exercise in. My knees are still really bad so it's usually a chair workout with weights and restriction bands.

QOTD: I spend my time playing with my dog, gardening, and at the present moment helping my hubster as we remodel the kitchen. We like to binge watch TV shows and movies too in our down time.
