What on your Saturday menu, RNYers?

Hi All!

this is the first chance I've gotten to post today. DH and I went to sunrise yoga (I can't believe he went!), then we went out for coffee - the wireless at the coffee shop was awful today - so frustrating! I just gave up and read the newspaper instead. Then we ran some errands before coming home. I just finished lunch. I have a meeting for a civic organization I'm in later on today, but other than that, nothing. It's just as well - it's really cold outside. It's supposedly 30 degrees, but it feels much colder. Might be humid (??). (we usually have dry winters, but it's been 40-ish the last couple of days, so the snow has been melting). Humidity seems to make cold seem colder (and hot seem hotter).

QOTD: hmmm...I can't remember. I google all the time - but haven't yet today. It might have been for a restaurant I met a friend at yesterday. I'd never been there before, so I had to check the menu before I went.

2 years 8 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with 1 T tahini mixed in, homemade blackberry/blueberry sauce

MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax latte shake

L: 1 C chili with 2 T plain Greek yogurt

AS: L&F yogurt or a piece of protein pumpkin "pie"

D: Teriyaki pork stir fry (meat & veggies only)

ex: yoga

Squash Stuffy ... Indian Style .. brown rice, fat free mozzarella, spinach,chickpeas , roasted eggplant and roasted peppers , butter chicken and Indian spices made with butter buds in 1/2 homegrown organic delicata squash.

Served it with fat free " sour cream" ( fat free plain Greek yogurt)

red wine spritzers

primal strips vegan jerky's ( 2)

smoked trout/pickled gherkins, pickled beets

air popped popcorn , butter buds salt
