What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
Happy Valentines Day Daisy and menu crew! I have noticed our days are getting longer. We are heading to FL in 2 months to visit my folks, last night I booked some time at our timeshare, bought Disney Tickets and am looking for a hotel on the beach in the Madeira/Reddington area. I am ready for Sun and Sand.
Accountability - I was wound up last night, when I am wound up I pace the floor, when i pace the floor my hands get busy and I grab a snack, I grabbed the bag of skinny pop. I did not measure....I am angry that I did that this morning. I need to get on the treadmill when I am wound up like that....I have not dipped below 200 yet and I am getting antsy. it is noghts like last night that keep me from moving further. I am anxious for CAMAW!!!!!
QOTD - 2 years ago I got a free pass from a very nice lady. I rear ended her at a stop light. I looked at my phone as Joddie had just texted me to pick up more steaks for dinner....and I must have let my foot off brake. I scratched her bumper enough that it was quite noticeable. We got out of our cars and I told her exactly what happened and apologized. She put her arm around me and said to not worry about it and that we did not have to call the police or contact insurance. I asked her twice and even offered to give her my contact information, she would have none of it. I would leave my number if I hit a car and no one was around, and like peachy said...I would take pictures...
***** Daisy - have you seen anything in your paper/news broadcast about the Toronto Firefighter that was missing from skiing in Lake Placid NY for a week, they just found him in California..I think this is going to get interesting....
Menu -
B - 2 eggs scrambled
S - fage, blueberries and almond butter
L - 4 oz chuck roast and 150 gm red potatoes
S - five grain hot cereal and almond butter
D - unsure at this time
E - chest , ab day - I dislike this day the most as I am not up to speed as to where I should be. I am too competitive and it bothers me that I am not as strong as I feel I should be...

Hey Mike,
As for your question about the Toronto Firefighter my good friend at work her husband works with that missing guy at the same Fire Hall! My friend has been giving me updates since the day the guy went missing. Her and her husband see that guy and his wife/kids outside of work. She came up to me today and was like "OMG did you see he is alive and found in California!!!" So she told me as soon as she gets the dirt on what "really" happened she is going to tell me! Crazy right!!!!!!!

Hi all- its raining here--- again!! I need this rain to stop!
QOTD: I would probably take pictures if damage and leave info, otherwise if no damage, I would still take pictures.
House saga update, pulled all the rest of the carpet and arms and back hurt. pulled 3 feet up on drywall and insulation also. only a little wetness so we are quite relieved. now to treat the downstairs and wait it out until Friday on the insurance for the roof. I really hope it comes through. downstairs is on us.
Food was pretty good considering. I did buy an order from netrition and tried these popcorn clusters things, they are basically soggy popcorn with sugar free crap on top and added fiber. and i had yogurt also. Lots of fiber... im sure i will be paying for it later.. lol
food for today
leftover pork
turkey meatballs?
want to try this oat fiber and poly d fiber i got from netrition.
dinner is blackened seafood wahoo
exercise- i think im going to get a tabata in, i feel so much better when i do but my house is upside down and I was feeling like i couldn't quite get motivated when there were water buckets around my trying to exercise.
Good morning! I stood at the door this morning, really debating on just getting a ride from my wife, and enjoying Valentine's morning with the girls. Every morning I'm usually halfway to work before anyone else wakes up. I'm pretty good at creeping around the house in the dark, and not waking anyone. Reading that sentence makes me sound like a burglar, LOL. I walked anyway and saved the card/treat giving 'til after supper.
Menu: Accountability first, I ate one of the heart shaped sugar cookies with icing (all from scratch, which made me very curious) that my wife made last night for the girls. They were tasty, but not something I feel like pursuing any further. Just not my thing. They turned out nice though, much better than the grocery-store type that make it to every pot luck lunch in the history of the world. Blech!!
B: Protein bar and now a coffee (after a little wait)
MS: shake
L: Protein bar
AS: shake (yeah, it was that kind of morning again).
S: Hopefully chili. I see the cans of beans etc. on the counter, and the meat in the fridge. That's one of my favourite winter meals.
QOTD: I've rubbed a mirror in the past and left a mark, with a note and my phone number. I slid sideways on a clump of hardened snow while navigating a tight parking space. It left a dime sized scuff. All that became of it was a phone call from the person saying they appreciated the thought of leaving a note, but it was no big deal. My car was a heap of crap and theirs was actually fairly nice but, in their words, "the family mobile" and one more scuff is just character. Gotta love Canadians. LOL
Good Morning and Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I hope everyone enjoys the day however they choose to spend it.
Accountability: I finished the open pack of Somersaults (I will hide the other bags from myself for a little bit) and I made a PB&J on low carb lavash.
QOTD: I think if there was any damage what-so-ever I would leave a note.
Time since surgery: 3 years 6 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Pepperoni meat stick, Carbmaster yogurt, and Mr Cheese O's (sweet chili flavor)
D: My egg salad on a cauliflower sandwich thin, edamame and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF jam and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1176 Protein:122 Carbs:72 Fat:48
Have a great one!
Happy V Day Kelly!

Mornin'!
I got up at 5:00 this morning, so I went over to the gym and spent 30 mins on the cross-trainer before coming to the coffee shop (where I am now...my usual morning hang-out). I have a few minutes before I have to head into work - desk duty this morning!
accountability - I had a cup of Halo Top last night so I was over my limit by c. 100 calories, but my weight was down a couple of pounds this morning. Yay! Not as much sodium yesterday, maybe. Or just one of those things...
QOTD: like most of the others, if there was no damage, no. If there was, then yes - although like Peach, I'd be tempted to take a picture just in case.
