Morning loves!
I already started the day above calories, but it's LOVE DAY and that starts with bacon and pancakes in bed, right?
Accountability: Another perfect day with calories under 900, and lots of exercise, too.
QOTD: I'd stay if there was a mark. When I was about 16 I tapped a car in a garage and their alarm went off and I FREAKED out and "fled the scene". Haha. I am sure there was no damage but it scared the crap out of me.
No MFP menu yet--I'm running late and I haven't even looked at the menu at the restaurant we are going to tonight...
B: 2 small pancakes & bacon
S: Greek yogurt mixed with peanut butter protein powder & sprinkled with cinnamon (don't knock it--it's DELISH!)
L: Spinach salad with grilled chicken, Hard Boiled Egg & MORE bacon!
S: Sliced Turkey Breast with EBB Spice
D: something from here before we go to see When Harry Met Sally!
Grim you are the man- bacon and pancakes in Bed???? well played!
I have this visual of you fleeing the scene!!!!

QOTD: The same answer as yours. I've had both situations: the oh no, I did some damage and must leave a note one and the nope no damage thank goodness one.
