Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!
Nothing planned for Valentine's Day, but I did send Valentine's cards to my two best friends and to my brother and his family whom Saralisa is staying with and of course, to Saralisa. Saralisa surprised me this year and sent me a gift! It should arrive via UPS today! I'm so excited! That was so kind and thoughtful of her!
QOTD: I don't remember ever being asked to give an answer during a test, but I do remember in grade school a kid copying my ending to a creative writing story and I was mad about that. I wouldn't do it even if asked to.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 106, Calories - 1,139, Carbs - 55.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: chicken & vegetable stir fry
D: general tso's spicy chicken
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, broccoli & ranch dip, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups
E: Walk with Blossom if not too cold & windy
Have a fantastic day everyone!

Good morning! We got a big dump of snow over the weekend and then it warmed up a lot yesterday so it melted and now, today, the roads are going to be like an ice rink. I hate driving when it's like this. My car gets around good enough and I always plan for extra travel time when I have to drive slower, but I get really nervous when I see people driving wreck less.
accountability: ... chirping crickets lol.. Today I will be starting my revised CAMAW. No more excuses!
qotd: I would always give up the answer. Once I got to college I was a little more hesitant, but I figured that if you didn't want to work hard enough to get the answer on your own then that's 100% on you and you're only hurting yourself AND paying a ton of money to do it lol
b: syntrax with macadamia milk
l: leftover ground chicken with a little. It of salasa and cheese
d: leftover stew (mostly going to pick the meat out and eat that)
s: Greek yogurt or meat stick while I'm at work, otherwise it's tea and tea and more tea. No more licks, tastes or nibbles of anything!
v: patches
e: treadmill and dog walk
hope everyone has a good day!
Good day menu friends!
Accountability: I've been under the weather all weekend and Monday with fever, chills, fatigue and body aches - today I'm back in the office (no fever this morning!) but for the past three days I haven't logged a thing, and I ate more carbs than normal.
QOTD: I probably wouldn't have cared in high school, but I was pretty intense in college. I did volunteer to tutor other students, and led some study groups but during a test? nope.

I'm not exercising today as I'm still feeling pretty under the weather. Work has been extremely stressful the past month or so, and exercise has been my primary coping mechanism. I'm surprised how much I can feel the stress/anxiety/depression building up when I'm not working out. Don't get me wrong, I don't believe exercise is a cure all for anxiety and depress, but it does help me cope. Without the exercise I'm finding my self thinking more fondly of comfort carbs :(
EDITED TO ADD:
I went to a thrift store last night to find cheap work attire as I was going to spend the night up North and drive directly to the office this morning. I purchased two pairs of work slacks, a skirt, and a pair of Levis all in size 6 and they all fit! I know it's vanity sizing and I shouldn't get too excited but OMG it's still mind blowing to see size six and the jeans and skirt were even a little loose! I had to pick through the sweaters in size "small" because most looked huge, like larges not smalls but I KNOW that just a few months ago I couldn't have gotten my arm through the sleeve of most smalls... It's so weird! The black blazer is a Jones New York size 6 and it's huge on me. I mean it will work and I can wear it for awhile but it's boxy and there is a big gap between the front and my body so I'm just leaving it unbuttoned. It must be an old school size ten. It was half price Monday at the thrift store so I was able to get all the name brand clothes for under $40. The blazer still had a price tag on it for $138... Crazy! I'm buying more clothes now because I can't imagine that even if I lose the last 25 lbs I'll be in a size smaller than a six, and if so, I could probably take in some of these so they'll still fit well enough. A year ago I was in size 18... It's mind blowing!

Mornin' All!
How could I have forgotten to check in this morning? Sheesh. Well, here I am now. Working remotely - but taking a break.
DH suggested we go out to dinner tomorrow night, but I don't want to deal with crowded restaurants. I'd just as soon eat at home and go out some other night.
QOTD: I don't remember ever be asked by anyone to copy off me, but knowing me at that age, I probably would have let them. I would have been uncomfortable saying "no" to people.
2 years 8 months out:
B: plain Greek yogurt with protein powder and (used) Crio Bru grounds mixed in
MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax chocolate latte shake
L: leftover turkey meatballs (2.5) with marinara sauce and zoodles
AS: the other half of the bagel I got for free yesterday, plus cream cheese (that cream cheese kept me filled up all afternoon yesterday. YAY!)
D: if the salmon filet in my fridge is thawed, that plus some veggies. If not, then Teriyaki stir fry pork with veggies (no rice)
ex: already did 30 minutes on the cross trainer at the gym this morning. Yoga later on this afternoon.

Good morning everyone - Valentines day sure did sneak up this year! Rob always does something sweet, but it's been a different thing every year, so I don't know what to expect.
QOTD - I always hated when someone wanted to cheat off me during a test. I was so afraid of getting caught that I wouldn't do it and they would get mad at me. I don't remember it being friends, just random kids that didn't study, lol.
Accountability - great

Hello Everyone,
A quick post as usual. I think I'll have to read and comment of things come March when my life settles down.
Accountability: On track yesterday and had nothing that wasn't according to plan or planned and today promises to be just as good. I'm determined to have a better week than I did weekend.
QOTD: I was never all that good in school. I was kind of a depressed kid that never really cared so no one would ask me for an answer. Haha
