Develop a severe pain under my left rib cage

I have developed a severe pain in my left side under my rib cage after I eat and pain radiates from there to my shoulder also when I drink as well ...it hurts so bad I had cat scan ultra sound and the gasteranologist found nothing but...any help would be greatful I was thinking to going back and finding my gastric doc ... Any ideas I would like to hear ...because the doc don't know at all ...

Go to a gastroenterologist. Your symptoms may have nothing to do with your surgery.

So the gastroenterologist hasn't figured it out yet? Is s/he going to do any further testing?
