Blood tests fifteen month check-up, ect
For what it's worth - my frame is small, so I'm planning on going to the lower end of my healthy BMI range (yes the BMI is pretty random but as a general guide...). My hope is that by going to the lower end of my "healthy" weight range and holding there for at least six months, I'll build in a little room for the 5 to 10 lbs bounce back my surgeon expects in the second to third year.
I am already getting the "you're too THIN!" comments but I think most of that is due to the loose skin around my face and neck that makes me look unhealthy. I'm hoping that some of of my body fat will redistribute after I get to my goal weight and maybe even out a little. If it doesn't, that's fine, but I still think it's the skin hanging off my neck that makes people comment on my thinness.
I started lifting weight around 7 months post op and it stalled my weight loss a little as I gained muscle. I'm now back to losing weight as my body must not be adding much muscle now that I'm adjusting to the weight lifting. I want to be fit and strong AND at the lower end of my weight range.
It sounds like you're nailing it!
