Internet was down earlier so posting now. Have a great time in Vegas,IF. A fun weekend is definetely camping someplace quiet for me. Accountability was good yesterday with no extra bites. Post op 5 years 5.5 months and weight at 118.2 today. Heres the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1 c chicken and veggie soup D 31/2 oz ribs 1/2 c green beans S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Hope everyone is having a good day. Lily and I are heading out now for 4 miles. Later!

We celebrated my birthday today by going to the outlets in Lancaster, PA. I had a great day and had the best NSV. I am able to wear a size large from my favorite outlet store, The Loft. It's just so crazy how things can change in 7 weeks!
