Ooooh Vegas! Stayed in Venetian years ago and had gondola ride. It was a blast. Have fun. Safe travels!

Super busy weekend but mostly fun! Yesterday I had to go in for my annual mammogram and bone density screening but that only took about 30 to 40 minutes then we went to the picture show so that kind of answers QOD we went to see Peter Rabbit. I go with my husband and my daughter who loves to go to the show so when we have time with her that's exactly what we do. I laughed a lot and cried a little. Today I'm attending what's called a mini cast it's a conference for the advancement of science teachers in Texas and I'm volunteering . I'm working at a t-shirt table selling T-shirts to make money for the Local District .

When I get off this afternoon my husband and I are going to go to the Antique store where we get plenty of walking because we absolutely have to walk up and down every aisle multiple times.

accountability well I'm actually doing pretty good however I did get up late this morning and had to be at the conference by 7:30 20 miles away so even though I cooked some eggs for breakfast I didn't get have a chance to eat them and I ended up drinking a Premier Protein vanilla shake so that wasn't a bad way to start my day with some coffee. For lunch they had Jason's Deli but I just took the ham out from half of the sandwich and put mustard on it and wrapped it with a lettuce leaf and ate that for my lunch along with part of a pickle ( just the soft spot that I could pull out and eat). All is sitting very well on my stomach.

This evening we're going to go out to eat for supper we haven't decided on the restaurant but I'm pretty sure it will either be salmon or chicken because those sit well on my stomach.

Snack is sf pudding just half. Watching portion sizes.

It?s pouring rain so Ive been cooking dishes-to-freeze. Vegetable centered low-fat lasagna for one ( three huge pans) and stuffed eggplants done two ways - Turkish style ( paprika , low-fat organic sausage and fat free cheeses ) and Indian style ( butter chicken, spinach, curry and chickpeas) .

I cant BELIEVE the amount of fresh vegetables I use ... no wonder I don?t gain weight lol. Basically i find I mostly live off the Weigh****chers 200 unaccountable foods list lol.

Eating veggies is little tricky post bariatric surgery because I find that im not that attracted to raw veggies anymore.
