Good Morning Erin and Menu Family,
I don't really have any big plans for the weekend except to stay inside and stay warm. It snowed some MORE last night. I am so tired of all this snow and ready for Spring to get here!
QOTD: In theaters, wow, it's been a long time. I think it was a dog movie called Max, but I'm not sure if that was the name of it or not. On TV it was probably a Disney movie, maybe Inside Out.
Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 91, Calories - 1,180, Carbs - 86.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: ham & cheese sandwich
D: general tso's spicy chicken
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups
E: Exercise bike maybe?
Have a GREAT day everyone!

Good morning! DH and I are going for training to the shelter today. I'd like to get going there, but they haven't sent any information to sign up for upcoming opportunities. Perhaps they wait until the training is done.
QOTD: I rarely go to the movie theatre as I'm just not comfortable sitting there. We got some movies from the library recently and I watched "The Founder" about the salesman who met the McDonald brothers and ultimately turned McDonalds into the huge operation it is today. It was pretty interesting.
1 year, 10 months post-op
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: Leftover vegetarian chili or grilled grouper
S: Cottage cheese and/or yogurt

Mornin' Weekenders!
I was going to go to sunrise yoga this morning, but I've been lollygagging around too long and won't make it there in time - so I'll stop by the gym later this morning. Might be going to a memorial service later on this afternoon.
accountability - we met friends for dinner last night. I made healthy choices (grilled chicken breast with an avocado/black bean/tomatillo salsa, steamed broccoli, and ginger-carrot soup) but ate too much of it - was 200 kcal over my limit. I need to watch it the rest of the weekend.
QOTD: "Loving Vincent". I don't go to movies too often anymore because I'm afraid of the popcorn (which DH always gets...)
2 years 8 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with apple butter and high-fiber cereal (I have a major sugar buzz going on from the apple butter...)
MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake
L: chili
D: teriyaki stir fry pork OR meatballs with marinara sauce over zoodles

Hi Everyone! I am sitting in my office--trying to get a few things done before 9 then attending a presentation about the strategic plan, so far. Fun times. Obviously I am not trying too hard to get anything done right now. I helped my co-worker lug in: bagels, muffins, doughnuts and coffee. Yikes--help me! Luckily I already went to Starbucks this morning and got my egg bites--that should hold me for awhile!
QOTD: We have made an effort to see all of the Best Picture nominees this year. I think we have three left to see... But the last one was 3 Billboards. I cannot recommend it enough. It should be required viewing!
B: Starbucks Eggwhite Bites & Flat White Coffee
S: Epic Chicken Sriracha Bar
L: Leftover Chicken with Swiss and Bacon
D: TBD!
Hey everyone! I finished my run and am waiting to get in the bathroom to shower. Today I have basic errands to do, and cleaning. You know- sexy stuff, lol.
I went to the podiatrist Thursday over my toe pain. Seems I developed a corn on the side ofmy fourth toe. And because my baby toe is apparently dislocated, the two toes nest in a fashion that caused the corn to develop and have constant pressure. So he showed me ways to wrap/tape the toe to protect it. Outside if that he said surgery would be the only fix, but I don't think it's worth it. I'll be consistent with wrapping it- it worked well for today's run.
Accountability- could be better. This month is supposed to be chocolate on even days. I've messed up twice and swapped days to make up. But I'm still sticking to my allowance only and forgoing all other 'bad" stuff. I have 2 fitness goals this month so that's using a lot of my energy.
Qotd: last movie I saw was girls trip in the summer. I can take or leave a movie.

Good morning menu peeps! It's cold again today but Lily and I have our 4 miles done already. I'll do another mile at sme point today too. Accountability sucked yesterday as I found a tin of butter cookies hubby had bought and ate two. I put the rest in the freezer. Hubby just laughed when I told him where to find them! I did get all my walking done though. I don't ever really sit down and watch a movie so no answer tthere. Post op 5 years 5..25 months and weght at 118.2 today. Heres the fod B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 1 c chhicken and veggie soup D 31/2 oz pork chop 1/2 c italian green beans S 5 oz cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar added strawberry jam.
