What's on your menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
I had a really scary meeting yesterday morning ... i was still on Tamiflu and just lost it food wise. I ate my VERY favorite whole fat cheese ( French Brie with truffles and mushrooms ) on 3/4 of a pretzel roll all the way into the city on the subway... oy.
of course i was half an hour late too...
DISASTER.. personal and business wise ( i made every wrong decision possible grrr)
On a slightly positive note : i recently snorkeled with real fish in a real reef in the Southern Caribbean and felt SO RIDICULOUSLY GRATEFUL because I haven't allowed myself these public swimsuit clad adventures FOREVER.
I hope its not one step forward three steps back but otherwise...

Accountability: I had a few of these lemon bite things (Think Thin) in the afternoon that I had not planned on.
QOTD: I think I would swim with stingrays, I don't think I could have done it the day after Steve Irwin died though-you are brave.

Good morning! I had my pre-op general physical yesterday and I've dropped 11 lbs since starting liquids. Still convinced that's water weight as I've always fluctuated in a fairly wide margin with water. I also drank about 2 gallons of hot herbal tea last night, I think. I wasn't hungry, but I was bored and kept wandering into the kitchen. I just forced myself to make tea every time I went in there...
qotd: I went swimming with dolphins on family vacation when I was 13 but I don't remember the experience clearly.
