A Message From ObesityHelp Management
I posted a very informative and factual post about narcotic metabolism after RNY and the possibilities of transfer addiction to a pre op and was promptly blocked.
What would somebody, with almost 14 years on here know about that? I've seen probably 10+ people die from transfer addiction in that time and of course that's not counting people who don't hang here long enough for us to get to know them.

Asking or suggesting that people change their "tough love" stance is like asking the sun in the sky to stop shining. People are grown & this is the internet. Things like tone are easily misinterpreted. People should realize by now that yes sometimes you need tough love, just like sometimes you need a pat on the back.
On this site you get that & much more. People should be able to figure out to take what they need & leave the rest behind.

Personally, I find those that cause the most trouble are those passive aggressive posters who insult, antagonise, and provoke while feigning cheer and cooperation.
