I'm on liquids so my menu is boring too, but I come to chit chat, and participate in the question of the day because I find that entertaining :) welcome to the party!

welcome! I ate a lot of refried beans during my puree stage - in fact, I ran across a can of them in the cabinet the other day - I'm sure they've been there since my surgery almost three years ago!

Good afternoon,

I got to sleep in without interruption this morning.

Qotd I usually get 8-9 hours of sleep except Sunday and the day I do laundry then it's 6-7 hours. If I don't get at least 8 then the next day is a sleep longer day for me. I'm just not a morning person. I will get up in the morning if I have too.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D bacon wrapped chicken roast and teriyaki vegetables

Have a good day

Hi everyone! Late check-in for me today. Em had her annual physical this morning so I had decided to take rest of the day off. After I took her to school I came home and watched This Is Us...wow I have a love/hate relationship with that show.

Accountability: Daisy, you speak the truth girl. Last night I had somersaults and a banana

QOTD: My fitbit tells me I get between 6 1/2-7 hours usually. I get up EARLY and go to bed early to compensate. I am definitely a morning person.

I haven't plugged everything in to MFP yet but today it will be similar to yesterday except I will probably have tri-tip for lunch since I am at home. B: latte/eggbeaters, turkey sausage and 1/2 an orange L: TBD but probably tri-tip and carrots S: salami, yogurt and nuts D: smoked chicken sausage, cauliflower mashers and dark chocolate ES: yogurt with SF jam and 1/4 c fiber cereal. totals will be around the same as usual . E: run and elliptical this morning W/V on track.

I hope everyone is having a great day.

Hi everyone,

QOTD:I like to get 6 hrs of sleep and sometimes 7 on the weekends but with being on call 24/7 it's very difficult sometimes.

If you guys remember, a few months ago my best friend went missing. Today the police found his body washed up on the shore about 25 miles away from where I live. Anyone from around here probably heard it on the local news. He was found in Old Lyme CT. It's been a very difficult day for me and everyone who knew him but now we have closure.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

D: 1 1/2 servings eggface pot roast, 1/3C broccoli rabe

Enjoy the rest of your night everybody!
