No pre-op liquid diet?

I had my surgery about a week ago, and I also did not have to do any pre-op liquid diet. Good luck on your upcoming surgery!

I only had to do 2 days for which I was very grateful.

I was supposed to do a 2 week pre-op diet, but then an OR had a cancellation. It ended up being 6 days and I was just fine with that!

I am from Syracuse NY and did not have a 2 week liquid diet prior to surgery

I'm in SC and in the practice I go to there are 3 surgeons. 2 (mine is one of the 2) have a 2 week liquid diet and the 3rd has a pre op diet that is part liquid but has 2 regular meals each week for a total of 4 regulars meals , rest liquids.
