Maybe the scale is broken?

im not trying to be sarcastic, but if it's visible you have lost weight and your dress size has gone down...maybe it's broken?

I actually thought that the scale was broken, but I also weighed myself with another scale and the weight was the same. I have non idea what is going on

Considering my height I was advised to lose between 15 and 18 kilos more

I would guess that vanity sizing and stretchy clothing are giving you a false impression. I have jeans in a sizes 4, 6 and even one 8. It doesn't mean I've gotten smaller when I wear the 4's, it just means that those jeans are vanity tagged.

Additionally, I have stretchy clothing that can fit from an x-small to a medium or large. Just because it goes over my ass, doesn't mean I am actually that size or have gotten smaller.

The scale doesn't lie, fat doesn't turn into muscle (weight remains the same, btw -- a kg of feathers is the same as a kg of fat as a kg of steel.), and we tend to adjust our view of ourselves as we lose weight. Others around us aren't used to seeing us smaller, so they always comment that we look thinner, even while weight has remained stable.

Considering I always buy the same jeans (same brand same type) and I got down two sizes and considering also that I can t wear anymore what I used to wear before summer I think I'm losing something (fat liquids I don't know) I was just interested to know if something like this has happened to someone else

Maybe your weight redistributed. I know my face was so bony one year out at goal but readjusted and looked healthy 2-3 years out (same weight.
