Good morning everyone! I had a nice relaxing, low key weekend. Bummed that the Pats lost, but it was a good game. I am home today, back to the grind tomorrow.

QOTD - cleaning hacks - I love my steam mop - we have a lot of tile, 3 dogs and a cat and it is so much better/cleaner/easier than a mop. We also have a Rug doctor. Rob regularly steam cleans the carpets which I really appreciate. I would LOVE a Dyson vacuum cleaner.

Accountability - okay yesterday- Superbowl foods- pork rinds, LC chili and hot wings (both homemade) yesterday so all approved foods, but the tasting while cooking sent me over in cals for sure.

14 mo post op 162.5 today

b-coffee w/hc, eggs

l-leftover chili

d-leftover hot wings

v/l on track

Have a great day everyone!

Afternoon everyone :) Sounds like everyone had productive weekends! We did at our house as well. Got the appliances all hooked up and done and sold the m/w, and stove. Still have the old dishwasher hanging out in the kitchen. Hopefully someone needs that this week so it can GO. My son went to a Sadie Hawkins dance this weekend, and my daughter is never home with her winterguard rehearsals. She has practice every Friday night from 9p-2a, then all day Saturday and Sunday. We watched the pooperbowl last night..well my husband and son did. He's a sports fanatic. Knows everything about all the players and whatnot. Sometimes you just have to tune him out. His poor girlfriend came over and had to listen to it all also LOL!

QOTD: I hate to sweep..so I run the vacuum EVERWHERE. Carpets, ceilings, fans, hardwood floor, ceramic tile, linoleum...Not sure if that is really a hack but it makes me happier than sweeping.

Breakfast: Premiere Protein drink

Lunch: My mom picked me up and wanted captain D's ..so I got a piece of baked fish. Which in the app is 34 grams of protein..so I guess that was good.

Dinner: We have a meeting at the school so hubby will pick something up on his way over after work b/c I'm going to the gym. We will eat whatever it is during the meeting.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I wrote a reply at 7:30 this morning and never pressed submit, so now it is gone! Arghh...

It is warming up here in Florida (has been windy and cool especially at night). The Super Bowl last night was a great game, and though we were rooting for the Patriots, the Eagles truly deserved the win.

Accountabiliy: cornbread and mango key lime pie crossed my lips yesterday...

QOTD: I love your suggestion about cleaning the fans and will try it next time! I don't have any great suggestions other than that I use a lot of Swiffer products which saves me time. I'm a little OCD about cleaning from the top down: dusting, table wiping, then floor vacuuming/moping.
