Good Morning! We had a nice weekend and got some errands done (new tires/meal prep stuff). Sorry football lovers, the Superbowl was not on my tv (it's a running joke sometimes that we won'****ch a second of it). We thought abou****ching the half-time show but decided to catch up on The Good Doctor episode we had on the dvr instead. Hubby did smoke a ton of meat yesterday and made the most amazing smoked sausage that I will be eating this week.
Accountability: As usual for the weekend-a few wins and a few misses. Misses were somersaults/a banana/protein bars
QOTD: I LOVE THE PILLOW CASE ON THE CEILING FAN! The only thing that comes to mind is using a "magic eraser" on the refrigerator and front of our kitchen cabinets (they are metal-don't ask!)

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with a very small amount of mini chocolate chips and 3 sliced strawberries and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

Im tired but good. My friend called me at 7:30 this morning and had a hard time going back to sleep. I got up at 9 due to a guy coming for an inspection. At least he came early so I can do what I normally do today. I passed.

Qotd a cup of vinegar in the microwave for 5 minutes and the crud comes off.

Hello menu folks. I was hoping to join you. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sheila. I had RNY the end of June 2017. So far so good, all going according to plans. I am originally from Italy but have lived in CA, central coast, for the last 25 years. Husband, 2 kids - daughter sophomore in college in Washington DC, son a sophomore in high school- and a sheltie (10 yrs old). For my work I?ve been very lucky to have been telecommuting 90% of the time for the last 15 years. I look forward to perusing your menus and hearing your stories.
QOTD: I hate housework so I kinda zone out when I do it. I don?t know if it?s considered a hack but I put a lemon in my garbage disposal while ho****er is running, this way the sink always smells good.
