What's on your Sunday menu RNYers? So
That grill looks fun! I'd love to have something like it or a George Foreman or something, but we have seriously limited counter and storage space.

We plan on moving out of this matchbox-sized house (less than 700 sq ft) next year sometime. Counter space and cupboards are definitely on my wish list for house shopping!

Lol my house isn't extremely tiny like the ones you see on TV or anything...it's a 2 bedroom (we use one as our office/catch all room, 1 tiny bathroom, a fairly decent living room, and the kitchen. The kitchen is actually not super tiny but because of the layout we can't really add more cupboards or counter. The washer and dryer are also in the kitchen and often end up being used as counter space.

Good morning weekenders! I am back home drinking coffee and watching the snow and sleet fall from inside now. I got up fairly early this morning and got to the pool since it was calling for snow and ice to start around 10:00. It was right on schedule since I was walking out as it started. I did my hour of laps this morning and yesterday I did an hour of laps and my Aqua Zumba class. I will miss my swimming in the weeks following surgery. It is certainly a point of sanity for me and I feel so much better when I get there.
QOTD: I still have trouble deciding what size I really am, so I understand. My 6s are getting a little loose and I suspect that after I get my surgery done that I will need to get size 4 pants. I think that I will stay a small or 6 top though since I still have some bust line (though not much compared to what I did have!) I was a 24/26 when I had surgery and those were tight. It has been almost a year, but I still have trouble adjusting to what size I really am.
Menu:
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 oz ham, 1 falafel ball
Snack: vanilla protein shake
Lunch: chicken breast, broccoli slaw
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast, apple, cashews
Dinner: pork chops, cauliflower
Exercise: I have my hour of swimming in

Mornin' All!
well it's a winter wonderland out there, so I skipped my regular meditation class and will probably end up skipping Aqua Zumba this afternoon, too. Boo! But at least this is happening on a weekend when we don't have to go anywhere. I'll probably sit around and read most of the day...and make some asparagus soup.
QOTD: the only things I buy new anymore are swim suits and underwear. I don't try on underwear (obviously!), and I only buy a new swimsuit around once a year - and I do think I tried on a couple of different sizes last summer when I bought one. Most everything else I get second hand. I only take mediums into the dressing room, because that size usually fits. If a couple of the items don't fit, then no problem - because most everything else will (plus second-hand shops don't carry the same item in multiple sizes *anyway*...)
accountability could have been better. I was craving sweets last night and ate a bunch of Werther's sugar free hard candies, so I ended up going over my calorie budget by about 100 kcal. Crap.
2 years 8 months out:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with homemade blueberry/blackberry sauce
S: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax vanilla pumpkin latte shake
L: asparagus soup and salad (??)
D: probably taco meat with the fixin's
if I'm hungry and can afford the calories, then probably a piece of crustless protein pumpkin pie or a L&F yogurt. Or raw veggies with Greek yogurt dip
Sorry that you had to miss your classes. Stay warm and safe!
