Thank you so much to everyone who commented on the flower arrangements. I was honored to be chosen to do them and very glad to be able to do something to help. The funeral was very nice in spite of the pastor cancelling due to the weather. Several people spoke about Patty's life and it was sweet and very touching. Thank you all for your kind comments and support.
Good morning! No plans today except laundry and relaxing!
i posted in a separate post, but DH has an abundance of vitamins he doesn't use, would anyone want them? We'd be willing to mail them, no charge. BariActive brand--Photo below of what we have.
qotd: always! Sizes vary so much by brand and even within the same brand, styles can fit differently. It's exhausting.
Menu: liquid. Got 150 oz of fluid in yesterday, 80g of protein.

I always bring a bunch of sizes - especially since stretch began to be added to fabrics .
For me the issue is leg length - I?ve had to resort to buying men?s chinos out of desperation ( which are not particularly flattering to a smaller butt as they?re designed to minimize guys butts )
At home I live in fleecy polartec - I fell in love with Walmart?s union suits for pajamas lol :)
yesterday was a carby day - made a pan of low-fat pork carnitas using ( super) Walmart?s barbeque pork ( usually I use the chicken which is amazing ) . I still have to separate out the fatty parts in both but overall it?s lean well cooked and seasoned meat .
I toasted fresh corn tortillas and made enchiladas using the pork , a pre-baked delicata squash I?d grown and stored over winter ( still have a whole bunch of em yum ! ) ) a can of fat free refried beans, fresh tomatoes and garlic and green enchilada sauce . I usually eat this with fat free Greek yogurt or fat free sour cream fresh salsa and guacamole . That was dinner with some red wine spritzer ( half diet soda - lemon lime is a good mixer)
This morning I had the predictable carb rebound craving so I finished off the pan and also had a plate of baked apple / crust less fat free apple pie I call it because I but some crumble topping on to make it more of a dessert. Chai tea w fat free milk and Splenda . .
Hopefully I?ll recover enough strength from the flu to wash my fuzzy union suit and take a hot herbal Jacuzzi bath - maybe even contemplate a solitary walk if it?s sunny .
I?m still seriously scared to go around other potentially germ carrying people until the worst of this nationwide severe flu epidemic is over. I fear we?re nowhere near that point unfortunately - new case numbers just seem to be rising exponentially while no one is even counting how many adults have died - only children. Scary !
Morning pouch pals! My run is done and breakfast is too. Waiting to drink currently. Speaking of the kitchen gadgets post from yesterday- I picked up a new one. This my local bed bath and beyond is having a Remodeling clearance and I got the floor display of this for $38!!! It works fine- made turkey burgers yesterday and they were perfect! Kids loved how grilled cheese came out in it too.
Accountability: Yesterday my carbs wen over 100, that's rare for me, but when they do I feel like they were at 1 billion. Funny enough scale has been in a downward trend despite it.
Qotd: no, I haven't needed to try on varying sizes. I'm a pretty firm 12 or large. When I do try on it's cause I'm curious if I can get into a medium or 10- I can sometimes. I think since I stick to the same stores for shopping, I'm used to how sizes run.
