Picture--In keeping with the Super Bowl hoopla. Rhode Islanders LOVE vanity plates. It may be hard for some to remember, but the Patriots were not such a good team for a long time. I used to get teased for my vanity plate, so much so I added in a hyphen--It was my name, not a salute to the "local team" LOL The 2nd plate Was my late husband Mark's, a high school and college football star and punter. 42 was his average punt length.

Good Morning! Super quick post this morning (I will come back later and read). One of employees called in sick and it's the end of the month so tons of reports I need to get done that I wasn't planning on doing AND I have someone coming in for an interview later this morning.

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Salami, Carbmaster yogurt, and mixed nuts
D: Homemade chicken sausage and cauliflower mashers with cheese and bacon crumbles
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with mini chocolate chips, a few strawberries and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Everyday when I see your hour on the stairclimber, I am amazed! That is a tough machine! I'm just proud of myself that I can now run up 4 flights of stairs at work.

Happy Friday all~ I'm home with lovely stomach issues today, bleh... I will most likely binge watch Netflix in my PJ's most of the day and hydrate.
