What's on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
Thanks. It's an old one but it was more seeing my sister try to tell it that was so funny. She's been in heave for 4 years but seems like I haven't seen her in forever. We'll have lots to talk when I see her again. Have a great evening!

Groan. Good morning...this morning I am being profoundly reminded that going to a rock concert at 22 on a school night is a lot different than going to a rock concert at 32 on a work night. I'm not saying I'm old, I know I'm not, but...there's a difference! at 22, I would have stayed out drinking, may or may not have even gone to bed, and walked into class possibly still tipsy but in good spirits. I only drank water last night, but this morning, I'm dragging @$$ and my surgeon is of the no-caffeine school of thinking but BOY AM I TEMPTED to skip next door for a very large Americano. The show was great as always, this was our 3rd time seeing this band.
QoTD: Two dyslexics walked into a bra.
menu: liquid stuff. I have decaf coffee, 2 protein shakes, a SF jello, and a greek yogurt with me.
photos are from the show last night :)

Nope, it's a metal band called Avatar, they're from Sweden but have a fairly large fan base here in the states. The lead singer does stage makeup kind of like Alice Cooper though :)

Good morning menu peeps! Crazy Miss Lily and I have our 4 miles in in the 6 degree air. Yes we basically ran the whole way. I would have waited til this afternoon when it should be warmer but she woke up ready to go--and she IS spoiled. Felt good to get it done though.I'll do another mile after supper too. Accountability was perfect. QOTD I've got nothing. Post op 5 years 5 months and weight at 117.8 today. Heres the food for today B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L not sure as we'll probably eat out after hubby's appointment with the surgeon. It'll be protein of some sort. D 31/2 oz cheddar brat with 1/2 c mexican veggies S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day all with lots of smart choices. Off to find some coffee to warm me up!
oooh, sounds freezing! Glad Lily enjoyed herself. I'd love to see another picture of her, although you look good too!
