What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Happy February! It is finally warm and sunny here today (the cold wind we've had is absent).
QOTD: I'm not sure I have a specific product to recommend that hasn't been mentioned here. I have a few TJ staples I keep on hand: Lime chili chicken burgers, turkey meatballs, and Everything But The Bagel seasoning. I also keep raw frozen shrimp around (I like it best when I cook it). I love Siggis yogurt as it is so thick that I eat less of it than other yogurts.
1 year, 10 months post-op
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: Either leftover grilled chicken and veggies or going out (swapped out for something else yesterday)
S: Almonds

Hello Everyone,
Having a rough day. I received even more bad news from my sister and the stress keeps mounting at work. I don't have a break in my day until noon and had nothing but coffee with premier protein in it prior to that so my lunch today included my snacks as well. I hope I can make it through the rest of the day with just dinner left! If not I'll just eat extra protein only.
Accountability: Good yesterday and on track it's today that's kicking my butt
QOTD: I love nashua nutrition protein hot chocolate. I put it in my coffee without anything else. It's 80 calories for a packet and it's 15 gm of protein.
Right now I've got a cough and cold and I love this candy cane lane green decaf tea. I could (and do) drink it all day when I'm sick regardless of the time of year. It has no calories:
S: coffee with protein hot chocolate
L: Sirloin, broccoli
S: PBfit, munster cheese, babybel
D: Pork meat from carnitas

Hello everyone! I am so excited that February is finally here! Next week, I'm hosting a double baby shower, as both of my daughters are pregnant. March 21 (girl baby) and May 4 (boy baby) are the due dates. So the next few months are going to be exciting!
Today, I woke up so totally not hungry. I got in my 8 oz of decaf tea, waited my 30 minutes and then tried to eat a bit of a fried egg and a sausage link. I couldn't fini**** I did ditch the toast, though.
I've got my calcium in for the day, but that is it for my vitamins. I'm not giving up, just pacing myself.
Lunch: maybe I'll try to sip on a shake? Still not hungry, so I'll wait a while longer to try.
Supper: I have all the ingredients needed for the ricotta bake, so I'm hopeful that I will get to make that.
Exercise: I will probably walk around the block again with the always adorable Sonny dog! I was impressed with myself yesterday! I walked around Walmart 3 times! Woot!

Hi!
Late, didn't read, but wanted to at least post!
RNY 10 months/139lbs/weight loss stage
Today's menu is brought to you by 'what not to do'-
B- Pure Protein chocolate bar (forgot to make a breakfast ahead, and needed to eat protein before my morning swim!)
MS- no sugar added hot cocoa
L- Salmon pokebowl
AS- 1 oz. Almonds
D- Johnny Marzettii and a small glass of red wine (OK FINE it's a 3.5 oz pour on MFP but I just use the size option they give I didn't make it up or anything, it hits the mid glass point on my smallish red wine glass so it's an easy way to measure - how crazy is it that I'm super defensive about my portion size???)
ES- chips and salsa - this is a place holder for what ever snacky thing they have sitting out when I get home (to my farm) tonight that I know I'll sample while I'm cooking dinner.
