Good morning Daisy and Pouch Peeps! While It is hard to believe it is February 1st already I want it to go quicker, come on Spring!
Accountability - was good. Dinner last not consisted of a Protein shake immediatly following my workout and a protein bar when I got home 2 hours later. I did not feel like eating.
QOTD - My menu is often boring or stays the same for long periods of time.I think I need to make a new goal where I need to fond items such as I am seeing today. Most of the stuff I have found previously is more of a snack type thing. One thing I could add is that Aldis now has Zucchini Zoodles! ( sorry no picture or nutrition information)...
Menu today -
Breakfast - 1/2 protein bar and 2 hard boiled eggs
MS - Fage , blueberries and almond butter mixed like a soup...LOL
L- 90/10 burger and 1/2 cup of rice
AS - five grain hot cereal and almond butter
D - Pork chop, 100 g red potatoes.
After workout - Protein shake
E - Back/Biceps.
I was 200.3 this morning - getting closer.....

My menu is a lot of the same boring thing too. I am so limited on different options due to the lack of different stores available. I refuse to drive an 1 1/2 hours one way just to find different options or stores. One of my store options near here just closed a couple weeks ago...had been open for years.

Morning Menu Peeps!
I've been gone the last couple of days on the menu post because we've had OSHA stuff to get out and the deadline was yesterday... it's been a crazy week and I can't believe it's not already Friday!
QOTD: So I don't buy a lot of precooked things for me... generally I cook so much that I just eat leftovers for breakfast and lunch... However, this is the BEST beef jerky ever! AND, the best part is that the stats are fantastic... virtually no carbs (per serving, there are sugars listed in the ingredients, so I know that if you eat enough you do get some... but much better than most jerky's out there) and it's drier than most jerky's, which I love! You can order this online... it's made here in Oklahoma, and my dad loves it so much I actually have it shipped to him several times a year in Florida! Note that my container is empty and it makes me sad... but I try not to always have it here, or else I eat too much of it.
Accountability... sucked last night. I lost my mind for some reason... I think the stress of work, plus my neighbor complaining about my chickens being in with their show pigs (my chickens may hurt their show pigs) has me stressed to the max... I had a very strong drink, followed by tater tots (many of them after dinner, which I made them for the family when I was feeling strong, then I ate them later when I wasn't so strong... boo) and popcorn to boot! Ugh.
I did however make it through 3 dozen designer donuts in the kitchen at work all day long! I knew if I ate one I'd likely have my blood sugar drop... and I needed all the energy I had to deal with OSHA logs all day!
Today will be better!
B: 3 pieces of bacon

I don't buy a lot of pre cooked either. I bake a lot of my proteins myself.

Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve! I saw a meme a few times this past week that said " today is January 74th" and yeah my January felt like that. Our weather seems to think that Spring should be here and we might see close to 80 degrees the next few days-crazy.
Accountability: I had somersaults and a banana last night.
QOTD: I don't have a pic of them right now, but I have mentioned the RealGood Pizza/enchiladas. Yummy.
