Hello Everyone,

Very busy day again here at work but I'm making a quick menu post. I'll have to read at bed time. All of your posts are nice to read as I drift off. I'm looking forward to mid-March when I can actually participate more.

Accountability: On plan all day yesterday. I always seem to change out things but it's usually always protein for protein. I had salmon last night instead of sirloin but it all works out about the same so I don't worry too much about that.

QOTD: When I didn't care about what I ate I loved the superbowl cause we always have snack night. Now I don't really care. We will have healthier versions of snacks and I'll plan things that will be enjoyable but the game itself is kind of like background music to me.

B: coffee and premier protein

S: fage and pbfit

L: carnita pork

S: protein hot chocolate with decaf, baby bel

D: roasted chicken and brussel sprouts

calories 873, protein 123, carbs 29, fat 30

Good afternoon Daisy and menu crew, crazy days for Duff today. Cold here again this morning at 10, but no snow. We are heading to the Thousand Islands region this weekend to watch ryley play Hockey, it is probably the last overnight Hockey trip of his career. Bittersweet for our family. He is a Senior, prior to HS I coached this group of kids that are now ready to graduate. I coached them to 2nd overall in New York State, our little town lost in the state finals at tier 3. I am very proud of these kids and I am going to be emotional when it is done...LOL. Next weekend is Ryleys Senior night game, my parents are flying in from florida to attend the game and Ryley does not know they are coming. He will be surprised.

Accountability was very good yesterday. I was 200.3 this morning without a BM!

QOTD - I am a Cowboy fan. Alex ( my oldest son) is a Pats fan , Ryley is a Packers fan and Joddie will root for my team or one of the boys teams depending on who is playing. with that being said, Bill Belicheck is by far the best and most intelligent coach in the NFL,his teams are preapred for everything, people think they cheat, it is only because they are prepared and practice for every scenario. I will be surprised if the Pats do not win another one.

Menu - no time to type..LOL

exercise - Leg night...gym has been busier than I have seen it in 3 years, I am glad to see people getting out there, but my gym is too crowded already and people have no etiquette, I was stretching next to my machine last nigh****er bottle and phone on top of machine and I turn around a guy is using the machine...I just smiled at a gal tat was smirking at me and grabbed my stuff and moved on....my patience is wearing thin...

Have a good night everyone and I will be on earlier tomorrow...
