Good Afternoon!

QOTD: I think I'm a little of both. I'll claim that. lol!

My meals today so far haven't been good. Not a good eating day. I had a premier protein drink for breakfast but only drank about half of it, I went to lunch with a friend and got chicken fajita meat and promptly saw that again immediately after eating it. (first time that has happened since surgery)

Came back to work and had a SF popsicle and now I'm having some gatorade. I know i need to eat but I'm just not hungry today at all.

I have gotten all of my vitamins in so far though!

Hope every has a great rest of the day.

PS-I finally joined the gym Thursday after work but just ran in paid and left. But my husband, son, and myself went Saturday to tour it and get a feel for the place..but just as we were scanning our cards one of our friends came in and said oh I'm going to class and you guys are coming with me. I still can't sit to pee today. But I'm going to take a different class with her tonight after work and kill myself again.

Hello Menu PEEPS!

QOTD- moderately clumsy, nonathletic...

Accountability - I had a tough weekend with lots of physical labor so I ate a lot of calories but at least it was intentional and the calories were quality foods like avocado toast (on a small, thin slice of whole grain toast) with goat cheese, fresh basil and an egg), steak, some roasted red potatoes with garlic and rosemary, and hot cocoa made with fairlife milk and truvia for sweetener.

Here's a shot of just one of a dozen loads of saplings we cleared out of the farm fields this weekend. I couldn't find dad's little chainsaw with the 14" bar on it, so I was using a big 50cc Husqvarna with a 20" bar - very heavy and awkward. I can barley lift my arms today!

MS- no sugar added hot cocoa made with black coffee

L- half a panera bread chicken salad sandwich and half a cookie (good but omg the calories!)

AS- na

ES- warmed up RTD chocolate protein with a shot of peppermint vodka

Total Calories: 1207, Protein: 108, Carbs: 111 (OMG!), Sugar: 34, Fat: 20

Today I have walked the steps twice, and I'm off to run on an indoor track as it's a mini blizzard right now!

Hi everybody,

It was nice weekend but crazy busy.

QOTD: I am very clumsy! That's how how I got the nickname "Splat" in Boy Scouts. I tripped and fell right into a mud puddle! It was very embarrassing and funny at the same time. My friends from back then still call me Splat!
