Daisy, sorry to hear about your fall! Sounds very painful! Remember that arnica oil or cream can really help heal a bruise more quickly than otherwise, just don't use it on broken skin. Lots of people use homeopathic arnica pills, but I prefer arnica topically.
QOTD: I sprained my ankles constantly in 5th and 6th grade, and can still remember that sickening feeling. I don't know if it was because I was growing so quickly or what, but it was really bad there for a while. I guess I was kind of clumsy as a kid, despite lots of ballet lessons - I remember carefully carrying my little brother's birthday cake, candles glowing, into the dining room while my family all sang him Happy Birthday. All was well until I tripped and went down, cake and all! I have had a couple of bad falls as an adult, but due more to moving too fast and not looking down to see an obstacle in time than basic innate clumsiness. That, I think I outgrew.

Good morning everyone. This weekend was not long enough, they never are. If I didn't have so much work to do I wouldn't be here today. I have a serious case of "I'd rather be doing anything else but...". I actually really love my job, but I think my son being gone, obsessing about him and the Marine Corps has been difficult. I hope that once I receive a letter from him and know he is alright that I will feel better. Until then, this anxiety kinda rules me.

I?m an athlete so I guess I?m agile. I can hop over most unexpected obstacles .. and I?m very glad of that ability especially later in life. Balance... endurance .
Today i I felt very sick again : I HATE this horrible recurring flu . Can?t eat but am snacking on canned plain chick peas and chai tea latte.
