Ouch, Daisy! That stinks... hoping it's just your butt cheek and not your tailbone, because those hurt forever
QOTD: I'm not really clumsy, but when I was SMO, I remember coming down the stairs at work (with TWO items from the vending machines of course) and falling from the second to last stair... it freaked me out, and even to this day I can't seem to get down the stairs without holding on for dear life.
I had a good weekend. Spent most of Saturday at my kid's color guard competition. I resisted all of the snacky foods that parents brought, and only ended up with about 2C of popcorn during the competition. I was pleased. Yesterday was gorgeous here and we took the dogs to the dog park. They had a blast and both the bigger girls got in the water, so baths were in order when we got home. LOL
Accountability: Aside from the small popcorn on Saturday, I did pretty awesome all weekend! Pleased with myself.
B: 1 scrambled egg and 2 pieces of bacon
S: 2 ounces of ham
L: 3.5 ounces of chicken crack
S: 1 ounce of ham and 1 ounces of smoked gouda
D: Leftover pulled pork that I made yesterday. 3.5 ounces and some kind of veggie, 2T worth

Sorry abt the fall, hope you are pain free soon! This weekend was off the charts, literally. Didn't even total my calories which is a sure sign I went over. I too find the weekends the hardest to stay on track.
Last night after choir practice, I read all of the Friday posts and honestly, could have been right back at church! It was so uplifting to see the support everyone gives. Love it!
QOTD: I do get bruises from knocking into door jambs with laundry basket and I do drop things more than in the past. I attribute it to getting older. That's my story and I'm stickin' with it!
For today: calories 1257, carbs 95, protein 52. I forgot to pack a protein to go with my salad for lunch, so that is a bit low today.
Have a great one!

Hi guys! Greetings from eagles nation! Philadelphia is obsessed. I haven't posted in awhile (although I've been reading). I've been really depressed and haven't had the energy. Part of it is the fact that my husband of 40 years died in February six years ago. Anyway I'm starting to perk up.
Well.on to the good news. I've reached 175 pounds from 345. My goal was 190-210. My goal the last time I was in weigh****chers was 175. I'm so happy!
My latest msv was a real achievement. I've always been really unsteady on my feet (I flunked gym in high school). Presurgery I had diabetes and I have a lot of nerve damage in my feet. To make a long story short...I Fall over alot. When I was smo I had to call the police to pick me up. Well I fell the other day and it wasn't pretty but I was able to get up myself! I'm so excited no more of the humiliation of at least two policemen struggling to get me up. It meand the world to me! WLS has changed my life so much. To anyone sitting on the fence I say GO FOR IT! It will bring you a new life. Thanks for listening.
