What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?

Hi everyone, how are my favourite WLS Winners? I am good and had a great weekend. Calling for snow and colder temps this week. Was out for a hike with the dogs yesterday and it felt like Spring! And now snow and cold again. Such a weird winter we are having.
Just wanted to say THANK YOU to all of you who posted before & after pics and participated/supported everyone in the menu thread on Friday. You all ROCK. I will take the time in the next few days and respond to you all! I think we will do before & afters every few months, its really wonderful to see all you amazing people!
Accountability: Friday was on point. Saturday I snacked a lot, I had a big pouch day and I might have had a run in with some coconut macaroons which made me feel like sick so it really wasn't worth it. Sunday I was back on track & on point. Not sure about you all but I struggle on the weekends to stick to routine. Too much opportunity to go in and out of the kitchen or eat out or eat off plan at other peoples houses. #thestruggleisreal
QOTD: Are you a clumsy person or agile? I am super crazy clumsy! There is not a wall I have not bumped into or a set of stairs I have not tripped up or down on. Just last night I fell in our kitchen and I fell on my left butt cheek. Talk about pain! There is no padding on my butt anymore and I fell right on the bone. I have a huge bruise and my left butt cheek is swollen and trying to sit is very uncomfortable. I might not make it to the gym tonight, will assess ad 5pm.

Good morning all! It's Monday, already? Actually, I had a pretty chill weekend. We went to see two movies, which was a nice way to get out of the house but also keep resting since I am still recovering from this stupid cold. We saw the The Hostiles and The Shape of Water. Both were excellent, but man, The Hostiles was intense! Do no****ch if you are feeling blue. Yikes.
Accountability: Pretty good. I had some popcorn on both outings to the movies and even though the rest of my food was "on plan" we ate out a lot so calories were high.
QOTD: Ouch, Daze--hope your ass feels better soon! Grim calls me "spilly" not clumsy, which is fair... I am not clumsy in the traditional sense... I don't fall a lot, but I drop things all the time, and knock over glasses of liquid daily. Last week I dropped an entire cup of coffee on my white coat in my new car. Hahaha, I am a mess.
I want to see the Hostiles! previews looked intense!

Good morning everyone!
Ouch....hope the sore butt feels better soon, DD!
Accountability: Too many carbs over the weekend but back on track today. I have a problem getting hungry in the afternoon and wanting to much...working on the issue.
Menu:
B: 2 turkey sausage patties w2 eggs and 2% cheese...scrambled together
L: 3 oz. turkey slices, 2 slices Swiss cheese
D: 4 oz. baked ham and 1/2 cup applesauce
S: SF Popsicles 2
qotd: Clumsy, especially this time of year...if there is ice....I will find it and slip and fall. Always stubbing my toes...I am always bare foot in the house. I actually slipped and fell off my treadmill a long time ago. Just call me Grace, lol!

Maybe you need to increase the number of small meals you are having? 3 meals a day plus some popsicles would not cut it for me at all! Maybe try splitting up your breakfast into two meals to eat two hours apart...then do the same thing with your first snack. Have the turkey, then come back for the cheese slices a few hours later. It might stop you from grazing if there is a plan to eat again soon!
Good morning menu folks! I hope that you are all well. My tummy and bowels were off yesterday, but seem to be better this morning. I hate when I have no idea what has triggered the episode so that I can avoid it again. Oh well.
Other than that I had a nice weekend and did some nice resting and some swimming on Saturday. Today I am working from home and trying to decide whether I will take a break and swim this morning or wait until this evening. I am also hoping to hear from the surgery scheduler for more information. I'm not doing well with the waiting.
QOTD: I've always thought of myself as clumsy, but I'm not sure how much it is true and how much is too much time with critical people.
Menu:
Breakfast: wakeup wrap with turkey sausage
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast, apple
Lunch: TJ's chicken sausages, baby carrots or broccoli slaw
Snack: protein shake, almonds
Dinner: turkey breast, broccoli slaw, blueberries

Thanks! Because of poor health even in childhood, I never had the chance to develop good hand eye coordination. That said, most of it was a fear of failure and being criticized. Here I am at 50 only now overcoming my fear of moving in my body!
It's never too late to overcome fears! You are doing a great job of moving in your body now!

Good morning All! I'm glad you had a good weekend. I struggle with my food intake when we have a different routine (such as guests over). I'm more likely to have a glass of wine and that tends to make me eat more (solution obvious).
I love to see everyone's before and after on Fridays periodically. I think it is so inspiring regardless of how far you are from surgery. In case anyone wasn't reading the thread over the weekend, thank you for the kind comments!
I did go for orientation at the animal shelter this weekend and I have my personal interview this morning, then dog walking class next week. It is a no-kill shelter which is great, which of course means they need a lot of volunteers to keep going. It is pretty free-form for scheduling. For dog walking, cat cuddling and cleaning you just need to show up. They have a lot of events where you just sign up if interested. They ask for a minimum of 2 hours a week. We had a tour and the dogs there right now are bigger than I would want (and the only small one barked loudly and incessantly), so I didn't fall in love yet (LOL - probably just a matter of time). DH wants to help too, so I'll talk to them about that during my interview. I think he could do some things as long as he was with me. He could walk a separate dog, since that is all done on enclosed grounds, so that should work.
QOTD: Yeah, I'm pretty clumsy. I always had black and blues on my hips from bumping into things when I was obese (also because I took an aspirin a day then). So I'm a little better now that I'm smaller, but I still knock things over, trip over things, etc. I knocked a full coffee cup over the first time I had coffee with the walking group. I'm sort of used to doing tthat, so I don't get too embarrassed anymore.
