What's on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
That is one of the roles I am considering (fostering). But then I think of your Gus and wonder if I could bring the dog back!

So we do work with a rescue organization instead of a shelter, and maybe that's the difference... we foster dogs for the program, and they stay with us until an owner is found.
The beautiful thing that I've seen with EVERY SINGLE foster dog we've had is that when they meet their new owners, it's like they know that's their new people. Every one of them, while they loved me while in our home, would walk away with the new family, wagging their tails, never looking back. (While I would be in the background thinking 'Hey, what about ME? I thought you loved Me!' Hahaha!
It made it so much easier to give them away that way.
The times that we've had a dog just for the weekend from the rescue kennel, and then took them back days later, THAT was awful and hard...
So you might consider a rescue organization for fostering if that's something that interests you.

Accountability: The hunger/not hunger thing has been weird for me lately. Yesterday hungry in the morning not hungry rest of day, split my dinner into before and after workout because I couldn't fini****
QOTD: one of the biggest things I learned was I can do this and go all the way. I see so many people IRL regaining significant weight and realize focus is so important.

S:protein drink or bar, Greek yogurt w/nuts or beef veggie soup.
I am terrible at selfies so did these from this week to have current shots. I'll be honest, I have a lot of fat girl brain going on over my 10-13lbs of regain depending on the day. I wanted to take one in exercise gear as I am most proud of that- consistency. Plus I added one of my old ones I love. And I am pretty much at the same weight there as I am now. Ugh. Brain.
