What's on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
Good morning and happy Friday. I never thought it'd get here. I'm looking forward to relaxing this weekend. I'm feeling very run down.
DQOTD: My biggest is to track my labs and work with my team, rather than accept that everything is ok. I also learned that it's imperative to continue to be an active participant in your weight loss and maintenance. Slacking = regain, and that's something I want to avoid. That's why I have more than 1100 consecutive days tracking in MFP
My plan:
B: ground turkey and cheddar cheese
L: Chicken and broccoli or NY steak (whatever strikes me at the time)
D: The big unknown. I usually satisfy my fish craving on Fridays
S: turkey and cheese or a greek yogurt before the gym
E: 30/30 30 minutes spin and 30 minutes TRX
My "before" picture was actually 3 months post surgery. The after was from a Christmas party
