I think you are an amazing person! I love how dedicated you are in preparing for your surgery. I love how supportive you are of your husband's transformation. And I love that you love to garden! Plus you are so freaking pretty, with gorgeous green eyes! I love this Waldo pic, and look forward to seeing your "after" pics in the months to come! So glad you're here!

Morning folks! Thought I would drop by and see all your beautiful and handsome pictures. So much change! Wow. You all are looking so healthy!

QOTD: Hydration is important and tracking, even the bad stuff, is absolutely the single most important factor in my weight loss progress.

Accountability: I have been doing well with some stress munching. Yesterday at work I grabbed half a sausage kolache and ate it before I even really stopped to think "Hey...what? Why?" Oh well... need to be mindful of what goes in even if I am stressed and busy. Mindless grazing is not how I choose to eat anymore and I need to stay frosty to avoid developing that as a bad habit again.
