You are very beautiful, and your transformation is amazing! Thank you so much for your cautionary tale, as well. I've lost and regained many 100s of pounds through all the years of dieting, and am very aware that at least for myself, regain will be a constant threat requiring fierce and daily vigilance.

Looking great there! Maintenance ain't for sissy's that's for sure. The struggle is real.

There are some days I look at what I eat and I am like, did I have surgery? Then there are days like yesterday I had to finish dinner in 2 sittings, before and after gym. I had Small salad, small piece sweet potato and 2 Oz chicken and couldn't fini**** So weird, right?

Good morning everyone! Love all the before and after pics...so inspirational! I am behind today because we are still having internet, wifi and phone issue...yes I still love my landline, lol. Apparently all the issues are at the pole and waiting for a tech to come but I momentarially have connection.

I am not a pic guru like others but I managed to get my before (259 lb.) and after (143 lb.) pics. Not centered but at least it is something, lol.

qotd: tracking every morsel of food I put in my mouth is the best thing I have learn. Drink water, water and more water! OH is everything to me to stay on track and accountable.

HW - 299 , Consult day weight - 277, Day of surgery ( 11/19/2014) - 259,LW - 178, GW - 195, CW- 194.2 - reached goal
