Good Morning! I am always inspired to see everyone's transformation pics. I am glad it's Friday and I have tons on my calendar to keep the day running quickly. Weekend plans are pretty laid back too, meeting a friend for coffee tomorrow afternoon and typical errands. Need to catch up on some shows on our DVR (The Good Doctor and This Is Us and a few others I think).
Accountability: I added protein cake bites and a PB&J on low carb Lavash
QOTD: I have learned SO much. I think learning the proper high protein/low carb eating plan for long term success and learning our lab numbers are at the top (only second/third to the SUPPORT!)
Time since surgery: 3 years 5 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Salami, Carbmaster yogurt, and mixed nuts
D: 4 oz Ono, edamame and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF jam and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
