boy do you look small!!!

I know what you mean about family gatherings and people posting pics on Facebook. My sister always posts a gazillion pics from every family gathering (I try to limit it to the best two or three or four as to not annoy people with jillions of pictures). Plus she *never* vets them - so all these awful pics get posted where people look fat, have their eyes closed, etc. I finally switched my FB settings to that I had to "approve" all pictures that people posted with me in them! I was tired of her posting pictures of my 300+ lb self - esp those where I looked even fatter than I already was!

I have my Facebook settings that way too for that very reason! My own selfie game is ON POINT but when other people post pics of me....fugeddaboudit.

Look at those pictures! How inspiring!

Where do you live? We have winterguard performances tomorrow also, luckily my daughter is now almost 20 and in college doing an independant guard. Otherwise if she was still in high school I'd be doing the feeding, driving the equipment, and hauling props lol. It's so relaxed now that she's older doing it.

Good morning all. I usually do not post on the menu thread. I used to love it.

I have to say what has stuck with me since surgery was to learn to love yourself and the surgery is not on our heads.

Getting my head in the game can be hard sometimes. I am an addict. I have a food addiction. And I was so blessed being an alcoholic. Luckily with AA I have stayed sober. I know if I didn't have this website. My life after WLS. Would not have turned out the way it has. Life is much better.

I can't have trigger foods in the house. Like chips or cookies.
