OK - sorry for more pictures, but I have to see them because I seem to be having a real "fat day" today. It's all the bloating. I have to figure out what to do about this, other than try to avoid salt and drink lots of fluids...

first is my staff picture from three years ago (370s), second is my staff picture from this year (140s).

My friends get annoyed with my pictures sometimes on Facebook. I have to see them to make it real.

I totally understand where you are coming from.

You really look so lovely, and have such a charming smile! And your eyes! I wonder if my hooded eyes will become more opened up, too, when I get to goal?

Morning Menu Peeps!

Daisy, I love your before and after! You look so strong and healthy in your after!

QOTD: I've learned a TON from being on here... measuring/weighing my food FOREVER... Realizing that we don't have forever to lose, the honeymoon period is REAL... great recipes like Emiepie's egg salad, meaty ricotta bake, the list goes on and on. I love reading people's menus and getting ideas. The tips and tricks for protein early on was invaluable. There's so much here to learn from the Vets and newbies alike!

Accountability: I did really well yesterday, I ran around at lunch and talked myself out of so many extra calories... I was really pleased with how strong I felt.

Today's menu consists of leftover shrimp and broccoli and ham and smoked gouda. Not sure what dinner will be, but everything is measured out and I'm feeling strong again (finally!) so I have faith I will make good choices

We have the kids Winter Guard performances tomorrow... I'm making chicken/pasta for 45 kids in the morning to take up for them to eat between performances. Looking forward to it!

My before was taken at a family gathering.... photos like this used to make me so anxious... especially when they ended up on Facebook... ugh. My after is this morning. My head looks big in this picture! And Cam insisted she be a part of the photo op
