Accountability- basically ate most my menu plus a low cal frozen yogurt, one of those new Quest cookies, and PB and j on a low carb pita. Not my finest.
I was so exhausted from my 4AM wake up that I crawled into bed early, which helps the mind as well as the body.
B: usual latte, leftover seafood
L: Turkey cheese melt, butternut squash
S: beef veggie soup
D: grilled chicken, sweet potato (pre-workout)
post-workout- Mint cookies and cream w/cashew milk
S: if anything else- Greek Yogurt with pecans
ex: gym with trainer
QOTD: If I could teletransport to Hawaii and lay in The sunshine on the beach. Yup. I would love that.

Sorry you had a pity party for one yesterday Cynthia, lord knows I have had many of those over the years. You know what one of my BFF nurse friend at work says to me all the time "Daze find your Joy." So when I am feeling overwhelmed, mad, sad, anxiety, depression I repeat over and over "Find my Joy, Find my Joy." And you know its the little things that are "my joy." Like going to the gym, hiking the dogs, spending time with family or friends over a great cup of coffee, even if its over Facetime on the computer. All those things for me are easy to do, inexpensive and bring me Joy.
Find your Joy Cynthia. There is only one up and that's up, Hugs And if all the above fails, book a trip to Maui
Thanks Daisy. So true. I often say 'choose Joy' ...some days are harder than others. A good night's sleep helped too.
