That is awful that so many people would back out and cancel at the last minute, Esp after already RSVPing! Damnit, I hope karma catches up with them!

Being a professional NE Tourist on a travel show sounds like so much fun! I've never been to that part of the US... I really need to (and now I know who to call for suggestions on where to go when I do!)

(((())))) Awww.

Just thinking - its hard to remember video seminar for me unless I put them in my calendar and for some reason in the past I didn?t .

Ive put effort into inviting people and organizing things too and ( myself) saw the ( disappointing ) attendance as a failure but interestingly I got a LOT of credit within my industry - reputation and respect were definitely helped.

So don?t count yourself out - hug

weird food day for me today too - trying to do business in a half-assed undisciplined way munching on. Air popped popcorn .

breakfast - olive bread rolls with almond pepper jack and smoked Gouda cheese ( like 2 ounces)

snack- large mug of San cocho Peruvian chicken soup- so Yucca celery carrots chicken broth cilantro and some chicken breast meat most i picked out and gave to the cats

lunch- 2 large slices Polish ham dipped in Peanut Satay sauce

afternoon snack - air popped plain popcorn

red wine spritzer

I basically do have every day off and yes im a little bored . Been realizing i might have to make different choices .its gorgeous out here if a bit cold and i really should encourage myself to walk , jog garden or do a yoga or Zumba class.

Good morning! I feel like I?m slugging through the week. Supposed to get to almost 50 degrees today which is exciting.

Qotd: if I suddenly had the day off tomorrow, I?d probably spend it sleeping in, then organizing my desk and home office area. Boring probably, but it needs to be done and I haven?t found the time.

Breakfast: Greek L&F and maybe a Starbucks coffee. Or maybe I?ll try the egg bites if I?m going there? I?ve never had them

lunch: leftover steak, maybe chopped over spinach salad

dinner: hamburger patty with cheese maybe?

menu includes a lot of maybes!

The egg bites ARE SO GOOD!!!! You must try them... I like them both, but I usually only get the egg white ones now that I can eat both of them... early on, one filled me up, so it was basically two meals... now I can scarf up both of them, so I go with the egg white one because the calories are so much less.

Sadly by the time I had myself ready and then got my car windows scraped, I no longer had time to stop in at Starbucks. The closest one to me is inside a grocery store, not a drive through. Tomorrow methinks I'll get up earlier and retrieve the egg bites! I'll probably get the bacon ones and eat both, but the calories won't bother me too much. I'm easing into the liquid diet this last week by replacing 2 meals with shakes and eating one meal normally.

Good morning Daisy and all you cheesy folks! Bethany ( our dog) always sleeps with Ryley, he is out of town and so she invaded our king sized bed, it just was not working having a 65 pound dog spread out between us last night so at 2 am I moved to Ryleys room and let the Queen have my spot..or so I thought...2 minutes after I get nestled in to bed Bethany plops on Ryleys bed and slept with me the rest of the night...and he has a twin...so no more room for Mike! I did not sleep great...LOL

Accountability - spot on - I did not snack on any skinny pop last night and I lost 1.2 pounds with no BM this morning. Down to 200.6

QOTD - I would go to the gym in the morning, do any groceries while in the city and then go home to take care of any chores/etc. Joddie and I would go out to dinner as is our custom on Friday nights and then relax while watching the shows we DVR - Chicago Fire/PD/Med, Greys Anatomy and The good Doctor ( I highly recommend this show, about a Surgeon that has autism) , we just started taping 2 new series ( 911 and The resident).

Menu -

B - Hard boiled egg

S - fage 0 with blueberries and almond butter

L - 90/10 burger no bun seasoned with liquid aminos ( healthier version of soy sauce) and jasmine rice

S - five grain cereal and almond butter with a protein shake

D - Chicken and salad with bolthouse farms yogurt dressing

Post workout - protein shake and glutamine

Exercise - shoulders/abs and cardio

Stay healthy my friends, Mike

There are very few shows I watch consistantly every week and even fewer that keep me in my seat for the whole show. One that does and is my favorite is The Good Doctor. It's fascinating and it's spurred me to learn a lot more about autism. If you haven't seen it--it's worth checking out!

I've been meaning to check out The Good Doctor! We don't have regular cable or even regular network TV, so I'll have to see if it's on one of the streaming services

I hope Ryley is enjoying himself and has lots of fun and stories to tell you & Joddie!

Love your story of Bethany! You know I have two labs and they are a lot bigger than Bethany (one is 80lbs, one is 75 lbs) and they both sleep with us on our King size bed. We call it "Petris" after the arcade game "Tetris" because the way hubby and I contort ourselves in the bed so that two humans and two big labs can fit! I love them sleeping with me in the Winter and they provide so much warmth, in the Summer though its a different story, they want to snuggle and I want to be cool! Be prepared Bethany will want to be with you Mike until Ryley gets back!

I have been meaning to check out The Good Doctor, its looks so good. I just need to find the time. I don't have a PVR so I will find out what night/channel it is and try and book myself a date with the TV.

Great job on the menus and workouts Mike you are doing awesome!!!
