What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?

Well that is good to know! I am so in love with this spicy cinnamon gum (mentos SF cinnamon -OMG good) but I really need to cool it because it gets out of hand some days and the SA are killing me!!!

Morning! I seem to not come in and post when I'm not working (the weekends and I typically have Wednesday's off)

QOTD: Probably same thing I do on Wednesdays..lol Pick up around the house, catch up on the DVR, Laundry..but if it was something fun probably scrapbook. It's been my hobby for years, but I haven't actively worked on books in a while! I do always go to the annual convention in Atlanta. But mainly I shop/spend money and don't work on scrapbooking. hah!

Time since surgery: 8 Weeks. (Down 39# as of my home weigh in yesterday)

B: Premier shake

L: Probably a turkey burger patty. That's what I brought from home, but may walk over to the hospital and see what they have.

D: Going to the pub for trivia. I'll probably get the fish tacos and just eat the fish like I have been doing since surgery.

S: Triple 000 yogurt. (They now have pB and banana..its pretty good)

I still haven't joined the gym, my 15 year old has gotten a contract to march with a Drum Corps and they told them at practice they need to start working out so he's badgering me to get our gym memberships, so I think were going to get over there and join either tonight or tomorrow. He wanted to go at 5:00 this morning to join.

QOTD: I would be up around 7:30 (instead of 5:15) and make a nice big pot of coffee... relax for about an hour with coffee in hand and probably catch up on something I have DVR'd on the TV... then I'd head out and clean up the chicken coop! It's a mess with all of the yucky weather we've had lately. Shower and get dressed and grab the dogs (we have our Am Bulldog now, and are fostering a 12yo Boxer that the owners surrendered to a shelter after all these years! Grrrr) and take all three of them to the lake for a nice long walk. It's supposed to be in the 60's here tomorrow... Come home, probably catch another show on TV and do some housework... then talk hubby into a movie out!

Accountability: Last night I turned the ground beef into the crack slaw and as usual, it was a huge hit. No snacks before or after dinner, and one big mug of decaf before bed. It was a good day for me all day long!

S: Cheese stick (I'm going to need another snack for work,I'm all out of beef jerky!)

D: Not sure... need to see what hubby has taken out to defrost.

I have to share this picture... We just love her so much and she's such a goof ball! How in the world can she even be comfortable? Guess this shows hard hard that big old meathead really is!

Perhaps for a few minutes... but she's still all puppy, and peaceful rarely describes her right now

She looks like my rottie. She will sleep anywhere. I'll see if I can find a photo of her in the bathroom using the wall as her pillow.

(as far as resizing pics... you can grab the picture until it turns blue and little 'handles' appear at the corners, then you can grab those and drag the picture smaller... sometimes it takes practice to grab the picture and get the little handles, other times they seem to appear easily)
