I think it's bad that I saw your first snack and thought of the Little Debbie Swiss rolls (I totally ignored the word HAM)!!

ACCOUNTABILITY

I have just gone totally off the rails today ( or should I say gone down the toilet)! We are dealing with sewer issues since this morning and have had to call to have the septic pumped. We knew we would have to have a new leech bed put a n this spring but it is a long ways till spring thaw. Not fun in the middle o winter...the only good thing is it was somewhat mild today.

So how do I deal with the stress...I ate 2 bagels w/ cream cheese and a sandwich with chips so far today. I gotta get a grip! So my plan went totally down the perverbial toilet today! I honestly just St wanna cry and scream at the same time.

Yikes! That sounds like a horrible thing to have to deal with. You know what's good?!?!? You can press on forward and make choices you feel better about for the rest of the day. You can do it!

It was two bad meals... not an entire bad day... try to turn it around now and start fresh right in the moment.

You can definitely do it! Hang in there!!!

Hello menu peeps!

Posting without reading past Daisy's... and I'm taking her idea and pasting in MFP data!

QOTD: I don't have to clear my vacation with co-workers but projects can interfere! I also work in healthcare and I haven't been with this organization for a full year, so I only have two weeks of time, including for sick leave so I'm very careful with what time I use!

Accountability: Things changed up some yesterday but there wasn't much different calorie or macro wise. I was able to run a slow three miles which is the first real run I've had in WEEKS so that was exciting!
