Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

We had a HUGE blizzard yesterday and got a ton of snow! I got my exercise scooping my patio, driveway and scooping out my car. The snow was very wet and super heavy!

Accountability: With Saralisa being out in Washinton D.C. and the cold weather I've been eating my feelings of loneliness, boredom, worry, etc. So my totals for yesterday are really high. I'm ashamed to post them. Protein - 80, Calories - 1,530, Carbs - 183.

QOTD: I no longer work, so this question doesn't really apply. But I have two dogs and I don't like to board them so I rarely go on vacation anywhere.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: crustless chicken pot pie

D: turkey meal

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Exercise bike

Have a FANTASTIC day everyone!

~ Karen

Karen, I am so sorry you are having a rough time. Have you tried working on your photo album stuff to lesson some of the boredom?

Kudos to you for actually being honest and posting them,Karen. Just remind yourself that those extra bites don't make you any less lonely and that Saralisa definetely wouldn't want you to lose any of the progress you've made. Get out some photos and do those photo albums you've been wanting to work on or find some other crafts to do to keep yourself busy. You've got this and you have all of us here cheering you on too!

Good Morning everyone! Weather is looking better here finally :)

QOTD: I do to a degree. I work in a small allergy/asthma practice so we kind of work around each others time off. We have 3 other offices but its like pulling teeth to get any of them to cover.

Time since surgery: 8 weeks tomorrow.

B: Tuna with Pickles, light mayo and mustard mixed in.

L: Turkey Burger Patty I seasoned up last night and had for dinner as well. It was pretty tasty! And maybe some zucchini slices baked.

D: Probably the same Turkey Burger Patty. Tuesday nights are busy at our house and we aren't home hardly at all.

Snack: Pickle/Ham/Cheese wraps

While losing I know you all have said a certain protein/fat/carb limit that is good to go by daily. Can someone post what that is again? I know my nutritionist said 76gms of protein for myself (she has something she calculates it on) but she hasn't really said the other levels.

Thanks! Hope everyone has a great day.

PS, how do I make the little line under my postings that show CW..etc? Thanks!
