What's on your menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?

Hi Baconators! How are you all? Its such crappy weather here. Foggy, rain, damp, and temp is dropping = ice everywhere. We lost all our snow from the rain and now everything is a brown mushy mess. UGH.
Accountability: Good. I skipped breakfast as I was just swamped at work, ate lunch and ate my breakfast for dinner (egg beaters) and skipped the lasagna and had a 100 calorie bag of smart pop popcorn instead of cottage cheese/cantaloupe.
QOTD: Do you have to work around other employees at your work to take your vacation time, i.e. coverage? I am pretty lucky that I have 5 weeks of vacation and just have to work out with my one co worker who covers me and her and I never want the same time off so I pretty much get any vacation time I want. I work at a hospital and there is no "slow times" so its not like there is a better time of year to take time off, I just take time off based on when my husband can get time off (his workplace is more difficult and limited to get time off, don't get me started on that).
Time since surgery: 4 years + 2 months
Here is my daily menu copied & pasted from MFP:
TOTALS: 917 calories, 103 protein, 35 carbs
V: PatchMD Patches are on
E: 60 min step, 60 min muscle pump
Have a great day everyone!
HEY question for you all - wanna do "before & after's" for Photo Friday?

Morning. Noooo, I somehow managed to catch another cold. I want to cry. And just to make today even more annoying, I have at least 5 hours of driving today and the weather is cold and rainy with the possibility of icing and glazing on the roads. I'm not in the mood for this ****
Accountability: 100%
QOTD: I get 5 weeks, too. I can take 4 of them whenever I want, and 1 week is mandatory between Christmas and New Year.
I can't even deal with the idea of eating right now. But I will bring a few things that I can eat while driving, and if I am actually hungry, I'll get some egg bites from Starbucks.
I always love Before & After Friday!
I'm so sorry that you are sick again. That is really a bummer! Drink lots of fluids today and drive safely.

So sorry you are sick again! Being in schools, which are like incubators, must be a challenge especially when your immune system is still recovering from a prior illness.
