Late post from me but I needed to get on. Weekend was good. I live in Philly, so I guess I'm required to say E-A-G-L-E-S!
accountability: I folded to the football frenzy and made cheeseburger sliders and chicken tenders. Now both are things I could have easily made rny friendly, but I just didn't want to! Where I did awful- was with the slider rolls-- man they were MAJOR addictive. One day later they are gone and will never cross my doorway again. Ever. Ever. So while I'm proud I'm sticking to my plan, I see I can still do major damage even if cakes, cookies etc aren't part of my diet.
Qotd: I've watched shark tank and bought the sponge daddy. I don'****ch it regularly though.

I don'****ch tv just netflix sometimes so I do not keep up with Shark Tank. I am working and chipping away at a 5lb regain. I am locking this down with a padlock. I have no intentions of looking fluffy there or lumpy or bumpy in my clothes. No snacks!!
