What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Good Morning!
I also didn't drink enough this weekend, I have my water bottle on my desk trying to be better today at work.
QOTD: I use a scholarship app that I saw on Shark Tank. It does cost now, but it didn't when I downloaded it. I don'****ch much of that show though, I probably would buy more if I did. Ha!
Time since surgery: Wednesday will be 8 weeks.
NSV: I bought jeans off the rack at Old Navy Saturday and not even the largest size. I was pretty excited about that.
B: Premiere Shake
S: Babybel Cheese
L: Leftover chicken and zuchinni
D and any other snack: Not sure yet.
Hope everyone has a great day!
I think I'll keep the jeans I bought off the rack at Banana Republic FOR EVER AND EVER!!! Even though they're a little big for me now, I just love them for that moment in time!!! Plus, now I have a skinny pair of jeans that fit over thermal leggins ;-)

Good Morning! Really quick fly by post today. I had to end up taking today off from work at the last minute to take care of a few things (nothing major). Em had a great time at camp over the weekend and was tired when she got home yesterday afternoon.
Menu for today: B: latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage and 1/2 an orange L: tuna wraps and carrots S: Nuts, salami and yogurt D: Shredded chicken, green chili sauce, Colby jack cheese (basically tortilla-less enchiladas) on top of shredded lettuce ES: yogurt with canned pumpkin and fiber cereal
I don't have totals yet but I will be in range for the day. I will probably also grab an almond milk latte this afternoon. W/V on track and exercise done this morning.
Hope you all have a great day.
Hey guys. I had a good weekend. When I wasn't helping my friend unpack, it was a chill time. On Saturday I binge watched the new season of Grace and Frankie. I love that show so much! Julia, I binged The first season of Victoria on Amazon a couple of weeks ago. I agree. It is fantastic.
Accountability: For dinner I substituted my dinner chicken thigh with pate, and also had a glass of wine. It was delicious. #noregrets.
QOTD: I have never seen Shark Tank, and I don't think I have ever bought any product. If I have, I am not aware of it.
My niece is having her RNY today, so I will be heading to the hospital later this morning. I am so proud of her!
My menu is up in the air because I don't have much in the fridge. I am burning off everything I have because I leave for Maui on Thursday.
3 years + 2 months post op:
B: slice Trader Joe's Rosemary bread, whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon and capers
S: Spaghetti squash egg foo young
L: Omelette
D: Spaghetti squash, chicken chow mein. I must finish the spaghetti squash!
Have a great day everyone!

Hi Bren! Glad you're here! Many of us, including me, log our daily intake, exercise, etc. on myfitnesspal.com. It's free and pretty great!
I know exactly where New Berlin is! My brother and I were born in Norwich (long ago!), and we still have a few acres and a house on Chenango Lake. I love that part of the world so much!

It's so nice that you live close to each other! Family is so precious. Yes, I really do love that part of the world, and wish I could visit more often. I've lived in many different areas, but there is something about the smooth rolling green hills there, the deep glacial lakes, the rocky glacial outcroppings, the birdsong, and the scent of the air that will forever be home to me! We lived at 98 North Broad St. in a beautiful old Victorian which was long since torn down to make room for new construction. It's strange to have memories of places which no longer exist at all, except in the minds of a few! 100 North Broad is still there, and still as regal as ever. I played in every single room in that house when I was a kid, with my next door neighbors (except for their parents bedroom).
I can relate to having pain in the back, knees, ankles and feet! I experienced pretty much constant pain in my knees for a few years, along with throwing my back out at horrible intervals, due to my weight and lack of core strength. I'm still heavy and still very much in weight loss mode, but wow do I feel better! My knees basically don't hurt any longer and my back doesn't either, except for on very random occasions. I know you can get back on track with your weight loss! I'm glad you're back on OH - it really does help to have a sense of daily community with people who are going through the same struggle!
