And it's good to see you back on here. I know for me the accountability really helps.

Neville is precious!

Glad you came back...I did also last week because I need the accountability and also to get back to basics. This is the best place to be so welcome back!

Good morning! My weekend was pretty good. I slammed back the water and really focused harder than usual on staying the course, and dropped 6 lbs. Trying to get to that "bottom-out" weight, hopefully before March Break. I'm headed to an indoor waterpark and I plan to purchase a new pair of trunks, and either a rash-guard or compression shirt. Not sure how to size that, but I'm looking to keep the bit of loose skin I have in place. I don't even know where to buy one, so I'll have to go research that.

B: 1/2 cup ff greek mixed with 1/2 cup bran flakes

MS: 100ml Oikos vanilla and 1/2 cup of raspberries/blueberries mixed

L: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese with 1/2 can tuna, mixed with cucumber chunks, salt and pepper

AS: same as MS

S: Plan forward something-or-other

ES: If anything, decaf and 1 oz cheese with a few veggies, but I'm doing much better with evening snack elimination.

QOTD: I never really got into the Dragon's Den type shows. I have no idea why, I just can't get invested in it. Same with the Harry Potter stuff, Big Brother (and similar shows), Biggest Loser, Great Race, Survivor, etc. All of these shows that people keep talking about at work and such.....it just never caught on with me. Mostly because I can't seem to sit still long enough to bother, LOL. I can sit still for hockey games and select sitcoms but TV doesn't really draw me like it did years ago. I do a lot of sudoku puzzles or joke around with family on facebook, or read up on drum-related things while I "watch" tv with my wife.

I'm a Harry Potter nut, but I honestly don't think I'd have ever even liked it if I haddn't read the books. At least you know your thing!

My daughter is a Harry Potter nut as well, we've been to universal a few times, shes read the books several times, watched all of the movies and got her first tattoo after she turned 18 and it was HP related. :) She even forced me and the husband to watch the first couple movies before we went to universal. lol!

We are going to Universal with DD the first week in April because I am a Harry Potter fan as well. I read all the books, then saw the movies but DH and DD have only seen the movies.

My daughter is really into HP! She has burned through the first 5 books since Christmas, LOL. I do share other sagas with her (Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Band of Brothers, Narnia) but that's about it. Loved reading the LOTR books as a kid.

I can relate as hubby says I never sit still through an entire show. I knit while I "watch TV" with hubby. Don't tell but most times I don't even know what's on!
