hi all

QOTD: I still see myself on here I hope daily. I will be 7 years and 2 months out at that point. I know people say maintenance is hard but i think it was highly underrated statement!!

last night I had some proyo ice cream which i generally stay away from because of high SA's. I also decided to have two spoons of powdered peanut butter with splenda/water in it. plus i had a protein cake with flax. way too many calories for me normally.

food for today:

leftover ribs

asparagus/broc

egg whites

coffee

DH bought a new (used) set of washer dryers that were in someone's vacation home so practically new for the new house. he is going to get them today. Also they are coming to get our POD unit that has been in our driveway for almost 2 months - so a little bittersweet. moving truck is being brought home tuesday.

no pics because I'm being lazy

exercise: maybe moving said washer/dryer into trailer on truck and then into garage.

tabata HIIT workout tonight

I have a feeling with everything you have going on, that lazy isn't exactly a word you should be using! Don't be too hard on yourself right now, you have a ton going on!

Good morning all!

Accountability: I had a cup of hot cocoa yesterday. Also, it was still a couple hours till dinner and I had a craving for a peanut butter sandwich. I gave into the craving so I never had my roast pork and green beans.

Menu:

B: ham, egg, cheese scramble and black coffee

L: 4 oz. turkey breast and 2 slices Swiss cheese...maybe do as a lettuce wrap

S: 2 SF Popsicles

D: the pork roast and green beans I didn't have last night

qotd: I will be almost 7 years out by then. I already know that I don't do well without the accountability and support so I have every intention of still being on OH and posting my menus and giving support to others.

As I type my husband is on our roof because we have water leaking into our pantry since yesterday....that last 2 1/2 feet of snow is raising havoc. He make me so nervous up them breaking up the ice.

Other news...the one son-in-law of my cousin who just passed was in a car accident just a few days ago but thankfully is home and healing. Also, the youngest son of the same cousin that passed, who is legally blind, accidentally step out in front of a moving car and wa**** He is in the hospital right now and will be unable to attend his mother's funeral. How much can one family handle in the same week. I just pray for the Lord to be with them. My cousin, one of 3 daughters of my cousin that passed, and I had a short chat on the phone and she was telling me everything that has happened in the family. I told her that I was so sorry that I couldn't be there but that they would all remain in my prayers. She completely understood. My step-brother is picking Mom up from the nursing home with disability transport so that she can attend the funeral today. So thankful for that. The last time I seen my cousin Betty was at my Mom birthday party last October, her daughter had brought her with a wheelchair because she just had a stoke on top of a heart attack. I am so grateful I was able to see her one more time and was able to give her a hug and kiss on the cheek.

Wow, that really is a load of trouble and grief for one family...very sorry to hear. I hope that their stretch of awful luck is done, and that kinder and happier days are ahead for them.

That is quite a bit. Remembering how we humans are so resilient sometimes can help us get through the really tough times. Sending love your way
