What's on your menu today (PHOTO FRIDAY) RNYers?
Good morning Daisy and menu crew! It is Finally Friday! This weekend we are heading to Burlington Vt after our morning workout on Saturday, going to do some shopping for my Youngest son Ryley , he is going to the Harvard Model UN next week in Boston and needs another pair of pants to go with my sportcoat. We are very proud that he is participating in this event, HS students come from all over the world to participate. He is representing the United Arab Emirates.
Accountability - I was a little angry last evening and had an angry pouch evening of grazing! when I got home (8:30 pm) last evening after the gym as Bethany chewed my sons Hockey skates. Just bought them this year, the best skates he has ever had and she chewed up the skate, I was able to tape it up and the boot is still fine...but geez...she is 5. I was very quiet with her and she knew she had done wrong as when i picked the skate up she went behind the table and bowed her head. I did not go home at lunch yesterday and no one was home all evening, perhaps she was rebelling?
QOTD - I think If I want to remain successful that I will need to be here. It works, I think we can all agree that it does. I read every post here and gain little tips and tricks every day. It helps knowing that I am not alone in my struggle and that everyone here can relate.
Weight was up a pound this morning , not surprised.
Gym night tonight and then watching Ryley play hockey.

She was probably upset that you were gone and she was left behind. If hubby and I are gone all day and Lily is left at home she very definetely pouts. When we do come she'll go to the other room alone and if we bring her to the living room with us instead of snuggling up with her head in my lap she lays on the floor in the corner. Just a little punishment I guess?!

I can't imagine even leaving our new dog (Cam) out of her crate for a few minutes at this point... our little one has to wear a diaper when we leave her at home, because she will go pee if we're gone (and not because she has to, I'm convinced of it... she's rebelling too!)
Hope your sons skate is salvageable... dogs are like little kids that never grow up!

Showing what a small world this really is, Bauer skates are repaired in Montreal ( 45 minutes from me), US customers need to send to a US Warehouse that is in my Town so I am able to drop them off at the warehouse, $75 and a week later Ryley will have good as new skates with no gorilla tape on them...LOL....
*** Bethany was very quiet when I went home at lunch....LOL
