Hi Everyone,

Accountability: Another bad day for me yesterday but I'm determined that today I will be protein forward regardless of all my stress right now.. I thank Karen's post for that.

QOTD: I drink tons of coffee with premier protein, hot herbal teas and seltzer. I'm not a big water drinker. I try to get in at least 100 oz per day. I haven't put it into my fitness pal as I do with my food but I do keep track as I go.

B: coffee and premier protein

L: tuna, balsamic in a half red pepper

D: Real Good Pizza (gonna try this out)

S: decaf with protein hot chocolate, string cheese, quest chips

You can do this (and so can I!)

We have to keep trying... that's the only way to success, right?!

It was good! I tried a bit just out of the microwave but I liked it better when I finished it in the frying pan with some spray. I found them at the vitamin shoppe but they didn't have the enchiladas. Wish I could find those.

Good Morning Menu Peeps!

I never did post yesterday, only because by the time I got on here it was late... but today I'm making it a point.

ETA QOTD: I have a 32 ounce RTIC glass I fill with decaf every morning, a 24 ounce water bottle I fill with water every morning... I drink the water on the way to work, the coffee when I get here... then I fill a 32ounce RTIC with water (and SF flavorings) twice a day... that more than covers my water/fluids for the day, so whatever I drink at home is bonus... usually 20 ounces of flavored water while I cook and 1-2 mugs of hot decaf in the evening...

The 10-day forecast for us shows (after tonight) NO FREEZING TEMPS! I'm so giddy and excited over 50-60 degree weather I can barely stand it. I know for sure that this time of the year is hard on me. I'm really ready for Spring... oh so ready!

This morning I pulled out a pair of jeans, that have always bee the pair 'that just barely fit'... low rise skinny jeans. I couldn't get them on. So I've gained between 6-8 pounds... I know this, but I had no idea that would make such a huge difference in the way a pair of jeans would fit. It really hurt, and I'm so upset with myself. I KNOW about regain... I've read enough on here to know better, but I gotta tell you, this **** is hard! I am considering go back to some therapy, because what I'm seeing is that my brain is obsessing over food these days... is that a carb addiction? Food Addiction? Winter Blues? Who knows, but it's terrible, and I don't like it.

Must find my way back to sanity!

Weight this morning 144.2, need to get back to 136-138... my comfy zone....

B: P3 pack (chicken/cheddar/peanut) 200 calories, 3g of carb, 13g of protein

S: 1 ounce of beef jerky 100 calories, 0 carbs, 21g protein

L: P3Pack (chicken/cheddar/peanut) 200 calories, 3g of carb, 13g of protein

S: Cheese stick 80 calories, 1g carb, 6g protein

D: and so the issues begin... nothing planned. Going to do kennel duty at the boxer rescue, so I'll grab something - which is my downfall... but looking at this, and wanting to stay at 900 calories, I really am not leaving myself much room at all! Sigh...

Before you know it, those low rise skinny jeans will glide up and fasten! Without question, you can do this - and you will!

You will get back in the routine. My issues were simple, I stopped jouranling and weighing, I stopped planning ahead and really did not play the adult that has had wls routine for a while. Like I felt I had this covered and I could do it on my own. I know our challenges do not sound similar , but know I think you got this......

I didn't play that game either... pretty much on and off since Thanksgiving... like a defiant child, for sure!

I'm getting there, as far as being back on track, but it's really hard!
